1. Log in to the application where you placed the order to initiate a return.
2. Go to your personal account.
3. Go to the My orders history (dynamic field) section.
4. Choose the specific order from which you'd like to return an item.
5. Click the Replace or return button.

What is the deadline for initiating a return?
14 days The deadline for returning a tyre is 14 days from the date of parcel delivery confirmation.
12 months The deadline for returning an old core part is 12 months from the date of parcel delivery confirmation.
24 months The deadline for submitting a warranty return request for a product is 24 months from the date of parcel delivery confirmation.
200 days If you select the Safe Order option on checkout, you can request a product return 200 days from the date of parcel delivery confirmation.
Please note!
The Safe Order policy excludes return requests for rims, tyres, bulky items, or core parts. This option applies to the entire order for which it was activated and can only be used once to return goods. So, please make sure you are satisfied with all ordered items before requesting a return.
How quickly will I receive a decision about my return request?
We strive to respond to most requests within 24 hours. However, if we are handling a warranty claim or require additional information from you, the process may take longer. In any case, we will make every effort to provide you with a prompt reply.
You can track your return's decision and current status at any time on the Returns portal.
You will receive payment after the request reaches the Confirmed status. The time it takes to receive payment depends on your bank or financial operator.
How can I track the status of my return request?
On the Returns portal, you can monitor the status of your return and the decision made regarding it at any time.
If you included multiple items in one request, you should keep track of the return status for each item separately. The status for each item is shown next to the item on your Return page. Our decision on each item may vary. Once all items are marked as Completed, the entire return request will be labeled as Closed.

We suggest using our return request option to initiate the return process. Once you submit it, we'll email you detailed return instructions. If you're eligible, we'll also include options for covering return shipping in the email or right next to the item in your request.
